Measurements of levels of molecules in biological fluids are often difficult due to low levels of materials that need to be measured, interference from matrices and cross-reacting compounds. We offer a variety of approaches and methods of detection that enable sensitive, robust and specific concentration measurements. These methods may be standard-dependent or, using SPR, standard-free.
Antibody-based (ELISA type) – detection methods are light absorbance, fluorescence, TRF or fluorescence polarization
SPR–based – sensitive measurement of concentrations of molecules in biological samples, active concentration can be determined. Concentrations can be determined in the absence of the standard curve
